BOOKINGS WITH SOLMALLORCA ESTATE AGENCY

When you confirm a booking by paying the deposit, you warrant that you are of legal age and that you understand and accept the conditions of the booking and that you have the authority to accept them on your own name or on behalf of all your party. The services contracted will exist as soon as we issue the confirmation of the booking, after receiving the deposit.

PRICE OF THE ACCOMODATION

Once you have introduced in the system all the data required in order to book, you will obtain the final price (VAT included). You must pay a non-refundable deposit of 25% in order to confirm the booking. The balance (75%) must be paid 30 days before your arrival date. If you wish to make a booking within 30 days before the arrival date, then you will have to pay the full amount (100%) of the price for the accommodation. Prices of the properties can sometimes be altered during the year. (But never once you have booked)

IF YOU WISH TO MODIFY YOUR BOOKING

Once your booking is confirmed, if you need to alter one of the conditions, e.g. arrival date, departure date, etc… we will do our best to adapt and please you, but you must know that it is not always possible, as it depends on the availability of properties. Any modification should be required by written and be signed per the person who signed the booking. In case it is the property that you wish to change, it will be considered as a cancelation of booking so you would have to pay cancellation compensations and the conditions will be the same as detailed in the paragraph “If you cancel your booking”

IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

If you or one member of your party wish to cancel the booking, you can do it at any time. The cancellation will be effective once we have received the written notification, signed by the person who made the booking originally and once the cancellation charges are paid. Bear in mind that the closest to the arrival date, the higher are the charges.

Cancellation charges are the following:

- In any case, you would loose the 25% deposit.

- Between 29 and 22 days (both included) before arrival, the charges will be 50% of the total amount paid for the booking.

- Between 21 and 15 days before arrival, the charges will be 75% of the total amount paid for the booking.

- 14 days before the arrival date, the total amount paid would be non refundable.

IF WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING

We reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time and in any circumstances beyond our control which might occur like breakdowns and of course any reasons of force “majeure” like fires, terrorist acts, natural disaster, extremely bad weather conditions, etc…

If it were to happen, we would do our best to find an alternative accommodation with similar standard as the one originally booked or superior, if available. If the price of the alternative accommodation were to be inferior to the former one which you had paid for, we would refund the difference of price.

TIME TO ACCESS AND VACATE THE PROPERTY

On your arrival day, you will be able to access the property from 2pm, as long as the property is ready and clean. On departure day, you should always vacate the property by 10 am.

THE SERVICE

- You will find the property clean and equipped. We provide bathroom towels, bed linen and dishcloth. You are kindly requested not to use the provided bathroom towels for the pool nor the beach. They are exclusive for bathroom use.

- If you need a high chair or baby cot, please state it when you book or advise in advance.

- If you wish to rent a car during your stay, let us know also when booking, we will advise you a competitive company to book through.

- For any other service that you may require, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
